2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and cooperate fully to enable Swiftranks to deliver its services effectively. This includes access to websites, social media accounts, and any other required materials.
3. Payment & Refunds
- All fees for services must be paid as agreed in the service proposal or invoice.
- Refunds are only provided where explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services until cleared.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Swiftranks remain the intellectual property of Swiftranks until full payment is received.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business purposes only.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Swiftranks strives to achieve the best possible results; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings or sales.
- Swiftranks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Termination
Swiftranks reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment terms are not met
- Client fails to provide necessary information or access
- Any misuse or unlawful activity is detected
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
